  Us: Hello?
  Employee: HOW can I help YOU?
  Us: Do you still have the mint mocha?
  Employee: A what?
  Us: Peppermint mocha?
  Employee: Yeah.
  Us: Can we have a medium peppermint mocha?
  Employee: In what?
  Us: Umm a cup?
  Employee: Okay but in WHAT?
  Us: Medium?
  Employee: But what do you WANT?
  Us: A MEDIUM PEPPERMINT MOCHA CUP OF COFFEE.
  Employee: Hot or cold?
  Us: Hot, please.
  Employee: PULL FORWARD.
  Us: Wait we have another order!
  Employee: ..... Go ahead.
  Us: Can we get a medium coolata?
  Employee: In what?
  Us: COFFEE!
  Inside car: Just pull to the window already.
  At window now:
  Employee: I'm sorry we are having an emergency.
  Us: Umm... Okay...
  Employee: Our flavors are coffee, mocha, pumpkin, mint, and that new flavor.
  Us: Can we please just get a coolata mocha coffee medium?
  Employee: Okay. Here's your mint.
  Us: (after trying the mint and finding it's not hot at all and it tastes terrible) Can we please just exchange this mint for a basic cup of coffee?
  Employee: Okay here is your coolata and your coffee.
  
  Drive away. Terrible experience.

  bagels usually burnt and not enough cream cheese to even tell there is any on. coffee usually old or you are waiting for it to perk. majority of staff have a major chip on their shoulder. keep giving them chances but over the last 8 yrs hasn't changed much.

  Stopped at the drive through with the family a couple of weeks ago and got 3 large iced coffees, a bagel with cream cheese, a Boston creme donut, and one of those Christmas crunch donuts. Service was fairly quick and there was nothing wrong with our order. Everything tasted great. In fact, I'm about to stop there again on my way home.
